RULES OF BOOKING AND ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL ARENA
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The room will be ready upon your arrival on the day of arrival, starting from 15:00.
- Checkout time : 12:00 departure date.
- Payment is charged at check-in for the entire booked period of stay according to the estimated time. Payment is non-refundable in case of shortening of the period of stay and early departure.
- For stays of less than a day, payment is made for a full checkout day in accordance with the set check-in time and checkout time.
- The room rate is inclusive of taxes.
- The room rate includes a limit of UAH 150 for breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
- A hotel room is provided to the guest upon presentation of a passport or other identification document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, diplomatic or service passport, crew member’s certificate, sailor’s identity card, residence permit of a person residing in Ukraine, but who is not a citizen of Ukraine, a national passport of a foreigner or a document that replaces it and a visa for the right to stay in Ukraine, a birth certificate for minors under 16 years of age, a driver’s license, for the military – a personal ID card or a military ID, an identity card issued at the place of work of the Guest, etc.), as well as filling out and signing the guest registration card.
- The electronic scoreboard at the door has 2 Do Not Disturb! and “Please do the cleaning!”, which, if necessary, the guest can activate. Stream cleaning is carried out after 15:00.
- Room service from 8:00 to 20:30. The cost of the service is 10% of the total amount of the check.
- In the event that a guest repeatedly violates the rules of residence, which entails or may lead to material damage, and also causes inconvenience to other guests, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or interrupt the accommodation (execute eviction) of the violator. The hotel administrator has the right to refuse accommodation without giving reasons.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Payment for accommodation is due upon arrival. You can pay in cash or by credit card.
- Private bookings made on the site are initially not guaranteed. A non-guaranteed reservation is valid until 18:00 on the previous day of arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a non-guaranteed reservation in case of late payment.
- You can secure your booking by making full payment of the accommodation and tourist tax rate prior to arrival. If you do not check into the hotel or cancel your booking less than 72 hours before arrival at the hotel, the prepayment amount is not refundable.
- By confirming a hotel reservation, the guest accepts and agrees to the above terms and conditions, including cancellation and no-show policies.
- Prices are in UAH. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. We accept payment in cash, bank transfer or bank cards of international payment systems: Visa, Master Card. Amex.
- The price of the room does not include the tourist tax introduced by the administration of Ukrainian cities. Tourist tax is paid separately.
ADDITIONAL FEE
- Children up to and including 7 years old stay free of charge in the same room as their parents. A child under 7 years old can be provided with an extra bed if the room size allows. Children over 7 years old and adults in an extra bed are charged according to the price list of the hotel. The cost can be found by contacting the hotel.
- The guest has the right to invite visitors to his room until 23:00. If the visitor stayed in the room after 23:00, the guest must pay the difference between double and single occupancy if the guest paid only for single occupancy. If two guests are already registered in the room, the extra bed in the room will be charged according to the price list of the hotel.
- The guest is obliged to indemnify the hotel in case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, and is also responsible for violations caused by the persons invited by him (visitors). The amount of damage is determined by the hotel administration.
TOURIST TAX
- Tourist tax is a local tax, the funds from which are credited to the local budget. Fee payers: The payers of the fee are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons arriving on the territory of an administrative-territorial unit, where the decision of the village, town, city council or the council of the united territorial community is in force, created in accordance with the law and a long-term plan for the formation of community territories, on the establishment of a tourist tax, and are temporarily accommodated in places of residence (overnight stays) determined by subparagraph 268.5.1 of paragraph 268.5 of Article 258 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

- Tourist tax is not included in the price of the room and is paid separately, except for groups of people who are exempt from paying it.
- A prerequisite for exemption from payment of tourist tax is that the guest has a business trip order upon arrival and / or providing a scanned copy of it upon booking. In order for the tourist tax not to be included in the bill when booking by bank transfer, it is necessary that, along with the booking request, a scanned copy of the travel order be sent to the reservation department. Otherwise, the tourist tax will be included in the bill.
Groups of persons exempt from tourist tax:

- Persons with disabilities, children with disabilities who have appropriate documents with them and persons accompanying them (no more than one accompanying person for persons with group I disabilities or children with disabilities).
- Residents of Ukraine who arrived on a business trip (who will have an order from the head of the enterprise to send an employee on a business trip with the specified paragraph, the name of the enterprise where exactly the employee was sent, the duration and purpose of the business trip).
- Veterans of the war who have an appropriate certificate with them (including participants in the ATO).
- Participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, having an appropriate certificate.
- Persons who arrived on vouchers (travelers) to sanatoriums and boarding houses with a voucher.
- Children under the age of 18.
- Persons permanently residing, including on the terms of employment contracts, in a village, town or city, whose councils establish such a fee.
BOOKING CANCEL
- Cancellations earlier than 72 hours before arrival at the hotel (arrival date) are free of charge.

- In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival at the hotel (date of arrival) or in case of no-show, the prepayment amount is not refundable and is considered a penalty.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
- Early check-in from 00:00 to 06:00 is paid additionally in the amount of 100% of the cost of the night in the room (breakfast included).
- Early check-in from 06:00 to 15:00 – 50% of the room rate (breakfast not included).
- Late check-out after 12:00 and before 18:00 is charged additionally at the rate of 50% of the cost of a night’s stay.
WE DO NOT SMOK
- Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs in the rooms and throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, restaurant, etc.) is not allowed.
- If the fact of smoking in prohibited places is established, for each violation the Guest is obliged to pay for the air ionization service – 5000 UAH.
NO AT THE HOTEL
- Take out dishes, cutlery, food and drinks from the restaurant without prior approval from the restaurant administration.
- To bring and store in the hotel (room) substances, materials and objects dangerous to human life.
- Leave unauthorized persons in the room (persons who did not fill out and sign the guest registration card), as well as hand over the room keys to them.
- Use electric heaters that are not included in the room package.
- Use hotel equipment and rooms for other purposes.
- Disturb the peace of guests staying after 22:00 and before 08:00.
- To bring and store on the territory of the hotel firearms, gas, pneumatic and other types of weapons, special devices, ammunition, devices and cartridges for them. If the Guest has weapons, special devices, ammunition and ammunition for them, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation.
